The Postcode Lottery Green Challenge is an international competition for starting sustainable entrepremeurs.
The prize of 500,000 euros for the winner, Willem Kesteloo/Physee, and the second prize of 200,000 euros, Zhengliang Wu and Denes Honus of Green City Solutions, was handed out by Chairman is Christiana Figueres, former head of the environment department of the United Nations.
The 3 runners up, Tonnis Hooghoudt of Loniqa Technologies and Hilla Benzaken of Homebiogas and Harrison Leaf of Steama.co, won 100.000 euro each.
